Tidy Powerwash Service, Inc. is an independent cleaning contractor serving commercial and industrial customers, specializing in pressure washing, paint removal, degreasing, and duct cleaning projects, with many other cleaning capabilities.
We have served Illinois and Indiana customers since 1984, working days, nights, weekdays and weekends. We are fully insured and bonded.

Paint and Graffiti removal
Paint and graffiti removal (chemical. soda-blasting, wet sand-blasting) from a variety of surfaces.Public or private clubs, park buildings, or schools need exteriors to be cleaned, graffiti removed? Want to repaint your building or piece of equipment? Let us prep it for you by removing all old loose and oxidized paint.
We use only safe, non-destructive methods. We can use water pressure up to 10,000 psi for paint removal from steel or concrete.

Duct Cleaning
We can remove contaminants (dust and debris) from the interior of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities. We use HEPA-filtered negative air machines for this work. Safe for interiors of large buildings. We can clean almost any commercial or industrial air handler systems and ductwork, including flex-ductwork.

Our custom-built pressure washing equipment operates up to 12 gpm at 10,000 psi, and does an excellent job of surface cleaning, de-scaling, and paint removal from steel, concrete, and other hard surfaces.

Kitchen Grease Exhaust Systems: Commercial, Industrial, and College Kitchens
We clean all areas of the hood, including interior and exterior of canopy, filters, plenum behind filters, vertical and horizontal ducts, roof exhaust fan assembly. We also clean fans, brackets, and protective covers. All areas will be cleaned to the metal surface with no grease deposits left on any surface.
We also clean drive areas, dumpsters, exterior walls, and even your signs!
Construction and Industrial Machinery and Equipment
Complete cleaning of most plant equipment including total masking (electrical, etc.). We clean heavy equipment of all kinds.
